Service is horrible. They have Micah Roberts working there, and he often lies about the quality of the equipment. Just save your time and money and drive over to Guitar Center in Chattanooga. It's by Hamilton Place next to the Toys 'R' Us. If you need music lessons there are far better and less expensive teachers in Dunlap. Just look in the newspaper or on the local bulletin boards.
