They make the most beautiful arrangements and delivery is always on time. The ladies that work there are wonderful and friendly.
If I could give a zero rating I would. My wife ordered flowers and chocolate for my mom today since I'm currently overseas. My wife spent roughly $80 for them. Of course my mom sent a picture to my wife and myself thanking us for the flowers. However, the picture she sent was not what my wife had ordered and was no where near worth the $80. Also, the chocolate was not delivered. My wife called and the excuse given was that they did not have those flowers available so they sent the second best. When asked about the chocolate, they said they were out, but they were going to buy some... At this point the flowers had already been delivered. They did not offer a refund besides for the chocolate even though the flowers that were sent were not the same as what my wife had ordered. If the product wasn't available the right thing to do is to call the consumer back. We also ordered flowers for my mother in law (from a florist in Dayton) and hers arrived perfect and just like requested with no issues at all.

Always worth the money. Local, friendly, delivers and a lot cheaper than ordering at other major online retailers. Have used for years and will continue to do so.
I was pretty dissatisfied with the quality of flowers that I had ordered they didn't last but 3 days and looked nothing like what it ordered online. I must say for the money it was a waste of $74.00 that I spent. The card was hand written what had looked to be like a doctor. I could ave done better by going the the walmart in Dunlap (that says it all there) and gotten better quality and more for the money. With the crappy they deliverd' they just lost my business of $200+ that I was going to spend for valentine's day.
