What a concept!
I do not have time to schedule an unneeded visit at THEIR convenience, which would mean missing work just to get a simple refill.
I had an appointment time waited two hours after appointment time and then realized the nurse on duty that day was seeing patients that came in after me because they had other things to do was rather irritating. Then to top it off I was charged four times too much. I have been trying to get the $160.00 dollars they owe me since 10/17/16 and have still not seen my money.
If you are a " Professional Patient" and can schedule your days around doctor visits.....then yes....go for it....it seems that this is what is expected. I've had good care there in the past, but lately even getting a simple RX refill has been like pulling teeth. I work for a living....only see a doctor when I'm Ill other than an annual physical.
Time to re think healthcare folks....they work for us, not the other way around!
