Food was good but absolutely waited too long for it

Rude staff always have a waiting Time no matter what time or how crowded. Worst crew I seen long time
We stopped here for breakfast before traveling to Fall Creek Falls. Sad to find out they don't serve breakfast here but that's not their fault. We special ordered our usual with beef to black beans and the cashier immediately was familiar with this (some don't know you can do this). Service was fast and food was of good quality and portion. Customer service was great, as a worker suggested a local park for us to eat at. We went on our travels and my boyfriend had some items from here again that evening. Very good portions even for their cravings menu items. The next day we visited the Coke Ovens park that she suggested which was a nice addition to our trip.
We visited this place once again this week. The order was incorrect not once not twice but three times in a row. Was not given a choice on the free item and the employee walked away as we where talking a few times totally ignoring us. The service was unbearable and slow. Even a cook was trying to run the register and told us he has no idea what he is doing. This made me feel comfortable handing my credit card over i assure you. Once we received our correct order. Some kind of liquid was spilled in one of the boxes. It was all nearly cold and did not even taste correct. In the trash it went, And we ate some where else. They really need to take a hard long look at there training and employees.
